JUMP COVID-19 PROCEDURES

What we need you to do for a safe, fun visit

  • Book and pay for your visit online

  • Review our Covid-19 procedures ahead of your visit

  • Only book to visit Jump with people in your extended household or support bubble and total numbers attending should not exceed any limits set by the Government.

  • Only visit Jump if you are well and free of Covid-19 Symptoms

  • Ensure you do not bring unnecessary items with you on your visit and where possible leave buggies and prams in your car

  • Ensure you follow the current government guidance on wearing face coverings during your visit

  • Ensure you observe all information provided for your safety. Safety information is communicated by signage, floor markings and verbal instructions by Jump staff

  • Supervise your children to ensure they understand and follow all safety information

  • Ensure you maintain a safe distance from all other Jump guests and do not rearrange seating which have been set out to assist social distancing

  • Use the hand sanitise stations provided throughout Jump. Users of the play equipment must sanitise their hands each time they enter the play areas

  • Follow the one way systems around our play area

What we are doing to keep you safe

  • Only accepting online bookings to ensure all necessary details are captured for test and trace and then maintained for a period of 21 Days

  • Ensuring all guests booking confirmation contains information on how they can view our Covid-19 Procedures

  • We have reduced the occupancy of all our centres by at least 65%

  • We have enhanced hygiene routines throughout the premises including closing to clean between play sessions. We have removed items that are difficult to easily clean, such as ball pits and fogging disinfectant is also used as part of our play equipment cleaning routine providing ongoing protection to treated areas between cleaning cycles

  • Taking temperature on arrival of all staff and all guests – anyone with a temperature higher than 37.8°C will not be allowed onto the premises. Staff will immediately be sent home and guests can move their booking to a session at least two weeks in the future

  • Providing clearly displayed safety information throughout our centres

  • Provided hand sanitise points throughout our centres

  • Spaced out all seating and put clear signage and floor markings throughout the Centre to assist queuing and maintaining of social distancing

  • We are requesting guests keep their children’s shoes with them and ensure they take them off when entering the play frames. This reduces the need for queuing when entering and leaving Jump

  • We have erected safety screens at all till points and we will only accept card payments when making purchase at our cafes

  • Ensuring all staff have been trained on our Covid-19 Risk Assessment and New Working Procedures

  • Appropriate PPE have been provided to staff
